Well, for all you who enjoy photographing nature BEWARE!! The U.S. Forest service has decided that in the best interest of nature you will need to get a $1500 permit to film or photo on the lands that they manage, PUBLIC LAND!!!! I'm not sure about how they intend to enforce this......... they say this is needed to protect environment from news crews and reporters but the wording of the law is so vague that anyone caught with a camera could be charged and fined $1000 ......
